1994 - Sole Proprietor established
1998 - Incorporated
2000 - Leased a 6,000 sq. ft. building in Lynnwood, WA; start refurbishment on Lam 490s & 590s, Gasonics A1000s, Amat 8310s & 8330s, and Amat P5000s
2002 - Focus on refurbishment and support of Amat Centuras and P5000s for CVD and Etch applications
2004 - Leased a 15,000 sq. ft. building and completed a 1,500 sq. ft. cleanroom in Woodinville, WA ; Continued to focus on Amat Centuras and P5000s while expanding into Endura PVD applications
2008 - Purchased a 30,000 sq. ft. building and completed a 3,000 sq. ft. class 10K cleanroom in Mukilteo, WA, increased to 12 manufacturing bays and 6 fully facilitized test bays.
FACILITY
We are pleased to announce the opening of our 30,000 SQFT facility in Mukilteo, Washington as of 2009; with a 3,000 SQFT class 10,000 cleanroom that accommodates 12 manufacturing bays, and 6 fully facilitized test bays. In addition, we have opened a 10,000 SQFT Asia Support Center in Song Jiang's Hi-tech zone in Shanghai; to better support and serve our Asian customers.
